Delete your Wendr account and data
Wendr is made by Premak Services Ltd. You can delete your account, or ask us to delete part of your information, at any time. You don’t need the app installed to use this page.
If you can still sign in, it’s instant
Open Wendr and go to Settings, then Close account. You’ll be asked for your password to prove it’s you, and the deletion happens straight away — there is nothing to wait for and nobody to email.
Want a copy of your records first? Export your data from the same Settings screen before you close the account. Afterwards it is gone.
What gets deleted
- Your personal details and the shop’s day-to-day data are deleted.
- Your passkeys, device PINs and push notification registrations are deleted, so no phone can sign in as you again.
- Any right-to-work or identity documents you uploaded are deleted, along with your clock-in photos and the locations they were taken at.
- If you run the shop, this closes the whole shop and everyone on your team loses access — so tell them yourself first.
What we have to keep
Records the law requires us to keep — payroll and some compliance logs — are held securely for the required period, then deleted. For pay records that is around six years, because HMRC requires it. We keep the hours and the pay; we do not keep the photographs, the documents or the sign-in details that went with them.
